Why do I need to log in to watch the webstream?
Due to limited bandwidth, and to ensure that our programming distributes within an educational setting, you must have an active Emerson ID to view our webstream. When prompted for a user name and password, please enter your ECNet Name and password.

Why won’t the webstream work for me?
Our webstream runs off of Windows Media Player. Please make sure that you have the most recent version here.

If you are using a Mac, please go here to download Flip4Mac, which allows you to view the Windows Media files through QuickTime player. You must be running Mac OS 10.3.9 or higher and QuickTime version 6.5 or higher.

I did all that, the webstream still doesn’t work!

There’s something “weird” (DVD menu, black screen, blue screen, bars and tone) on the Channel!
This is an error somewhere within our Broadcast Operations Department. E-mail ECTVerrors@gmail.com and tell us the date, time, and describe the “weird thing” you saw.
