EIV’s mission is to educated students in television and video production through hands on experience. EIV strives to give enthusiastic and driven students the opportunity to crew, direct, produce, and create student run televisions shows and video content.
Comprised entirely of Emerson students, EIV News provides an opportunity for EIV members to gain hands-on experience in broadcast journalism and television production. We strive to provide an excellent learning environment, while delivering quality local news coverage.
Emerson Sports Network broadcasts Emerson College athletics events, promoting sportsmanship, health, wellness, fitness, and sustainability to all Bostonians. ESN’s goal is to create an educational, friendly environment and enhance school unity through the extension of sports broadcasting of Emerson Athletics.
Lions Den is the only sports show on campus dedicated specifically to Emerson athletics. The show covers the highlights of games, upcoming schedules, and features interviews with Emerson athletics’ players, coaches, and staff. We also highlight each team on campus from Quidditch to Volleyball so if you’re looking for an update on sports, Lions Den is where to find it!
Making Moves chronicles the dynamic and exciting daily lives of young entrepreneurs who run multiple businesses, including Hodara Real Estate Group which has been coined “the first student run real estate agency” by CNBC. Making Moves is an inspiring show about three very young entrepreneurs building businesses without loans or investors while helping others follow their dreams.
NBS is a student-run film and television production club focusing on giving students the opportunity to gain hands on experience with professional equipment and bring our ideas to life!
The EVVY Awards is like no other college production in the country. Modeled after professional shows such as the Emmys and Oscars, The EVVY Awards is the largest live, multi-camera, student run production in the United States if not the world. This award winning show has become nationally recognized with a first place award at the National Association of College Broadcasters Awards and has received two national Telly Awards.
